Need to make a change to an order?
Call or email us, describe in detail the change(s) you wish to make.  Please be sure to include your name, address and order number.
 
Shipping
We ship USPS Priority Mail and UPS.  All shipments of non-custom merchandise is shipped within 14 business days.  Custom orders can take up to a month.

Returns or Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our number one priority.  We have unconditional, no questions asked, money back guarantee.  Call us at (972) 938-0073 or by cell phone at (214) 693-8749.  Indicate if you wish to receive a refund or take advantage of another option at that would be credited toward a future purchase.  We will also let you know the proper procedures to expedite your return or exchange.  In shipping merchandise back to us, please package and secure the product carefully and indicate clearly your return address.  We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Damaged or Broken Goods
If any products from us arrive damaged or broken, we will replace them as no extra charge to our customers.  Please contact us to get your return authorization.
